OK – this one is boring

Bacon and eggs? Yeah.  But it was cottage bacon which is cut from the shoulder rather than the belly. Much leaner.

And the baguette toast was topped with my own apricot jam.  Dig it.

Chicken soup

A corn cob stock with shredded chicken, garlic, onion, carrot, jalapeno, zest and juice of a half of lime and half an orange, 1 tsp ground cumin, some pepper flakes, chili powder, 2 oz tequila, finished with cilantro
